By bike to Magical Maastricht
If you live within cycling distance, come by bike and park up in the city centre. Park your bike in one of the free bike parking facilities at the Markt, the station (free for the first 24 hours on weekdays, and free all weekend), Kesselskade, or Vrijthof.
- The supervised bike parking facilities at Markt and Kesselskade are closed on both Christmas Days and New Year's Day.
- On Thursday 24 December and Thursday 31 December, the bike parking facilities at Markt and Kesselskade close at 17:00.
- The opening hours of the bike parking at the station are linked to the first and last train of the day (and vary per day). The bike parking is open from a quarter of an hour before the first train until a quarter of an hour after the last train.

- The bike parking facility at Keizer Karelplein is in place from Friday 27 November up to and including Wednesday 30 December 2026.
