Park your bike underground and be in with a chance of winning great prizes.

Recently, despite enforcement efforts, we have again seen an increase in the number of bicycles being left outside the racks at and around the station, particularly at weekends (from Friday afternoon to Monday morning).

That is why we want to encourage cyclists to park their bikes properly in the cycle racks. And we’re rewarding them with a fun competition.

How does it work?

There is a collection box with slips of paper in the underground cycle park.

Are you collecting your bike from the cycle park? Then you can fill in a slip with your details and put it in the box.

The idea is simple:
The more often you park your bike neatly in the cycle park, the more often you can take part – and the better your chances of winning!

What can you win?

We’re giving away the following prizes to participants:

  • 1x an annual parking subscription
  • 2x a €30 gift voucher for Charlie’s Coffee

Want to take out an annual subscription yourself?

You can do so easily via the NS website. With an annual subscription, you can park your bike safely for 90 euros a year. That works out at around 1.73 euros a week – cheaper than a coffee to go!

Other places where you can park your bike properly

There are several places where you can safely park your bike:

  • 📍 Underground bike park (NS)
  • 📍 Bike racks and spaces in surrounding streets, for example on Alexander Battalaan (first come, first served)
  • 📍 Rack at the rear of the station – please only park in the designated racks here
  • 📍 Indoor parking on your own premises – where possible

  • Bicycle parking is prohibited on and around the station square outside the racks.

    There is also a maximum parking duration of two weeks within the racks.
