All 35 e-bikes and high-speed e-bikes were reserved before 26 May. That is why we think it is time to organize a new opportunity to discover e-bikes. On Friday 12 June, the e-bikes will be ready near bicycle dealer De Beente in Maastricht's Heugem/Randwyck neighbourhood. You can choose from e-bikes, high-speed e-bikes, and an electric cargo bike!
How does it work?
Visit ontdekdeebike.nl and select the bicycle that suits you best. To ensure that people can keep sufficient distance from one another, we will make use of a number of time slots. This means that you must select the time slot before you collect your bicycle. If someone has already reserved your preferred bicycle, then try again in another time slot. If you want to reserve the electric cargo bike, you can only collect it during the 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM time slot.
12 June in Heugem/Randwyck
The reserved bicycle will be ready for you to collect in your agreed time slot. You will receive instructions on how to use the bicycle, and the bicycle will be cleaned for you. You will then be ready to discover the e-bike! Cycling is a healthy and safe way of getting from A to B in the current circumstances. Please remember to observe the basic rules to prevent the spread of coronavirus: keep 1.5 metres away from others, avoid crowds, and wash your hands more often.
