When you ask a question
If you ask us a question through our social media channels, we will try to get back to you as soon as possible. On working days, our employees are available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM to answer questions and respond to notifications.
We aim to deal with your question or notification within 24 hours on working days. If the answer to your question is on our website, you will receive a reply referring you to the relevant information page.
Not all information is available immediately; in those cases, it might take a little longer before you receive a reply.
If you would like feedback about the progress of your notification, please send us your e-mail address in a private message. We will then keep you up to date about the status of your notification.
Zuid-Limburg Bereikbaar does not respond to all comments and questions
We are happy to receive your opinions and suggestions but, unfortunately, we cannot respond to everything. We may a different opinion from you, but you can rest assured that our standpoints are well-considered and that we are always willing to explain them.
